All orders submitted for International delivery at Edward James Florist will be processed on the day the order is received and despatched to the recipient in time for next day delivery (or at a later date if required), provided that the order is received by us no later than 1:00 pm (GMT/BST) on the day before the requested date of delivery (does not apply to Sundays & public holidays)
We guarantee that the prices shown on this website are in accordance with current Interflora guidelines on delivery and administration charges
Should you be dissatisfied with any part of the service we guarantee that all matters brought to our notice will be dealt with courteously and promptly (usually within 24 hours from notification)
